In this workshop, we'll make a loaf of sourdough bread together, and you'll go home with a loaf of bread that you shaped yourself, plus some sourdough starter to get you started on your sourdough journey. I'll talk you though whole wheat sourdough, rise times, feeding your starter, and fitting sourdough baking into your regular schedule. I'll also briefly touch on adding things, like beetroot, to your bread, and making other baked goods with sourdough discard.
The group has maximum 5 participants to make sure each person gets a hands-on experience of sourdough during the workshop.
