In this workshop, we'll make sourdough bread together, and you'll go home with sourdough starter to get you started on your sourdough journey.
I'll talk you though various kinds of sourdough, rise times, feeding your starter, and fitting sourdough baking into your regular schedule. I'll also briefly touch on adding things, like beetroot, to your bread, and making other baked goods with sourdough discard.
I'll also provide recipes and basic pointers for other things to bake with sourdough starter, including waffles, pancakes and pita.
