You'll go home with a list of easy ways to use various plants, and I'll show you how to make comfrey balm and send you home with some.

Black Soldier Fly larvae (BSF)
Yoghurt container full of BSF, with a little substrate to keep them comfortable. Approx 500g fresh Larvae. The larvae can be fed as a protein source/treat to chickens at 10-20 larvae per day, and these larvae will last about 2 weeks.
